 01  How much do you charge for your services?
​

UKE's fees vary based on what service(s) you require as well as your location and availability of our notaries/service providers in your area.  Please call 610-935-5944 to speak to us about pricing.

 

 

 

 02  What is a mobile notary?

​

A mobile notary is Notary Public who travels from location to location to perform notarial services.

 

 

 03  What is an electronic notary?
​

An Electronic Notary or In-Person Electronic Notary is a commissioned notary public that is permitted to perform notarial acts electronically without the use of paper, but by state law the parties are required to be physically present.

 04  What is a remote notary?

​

A remote notary is a legally commissioned notary public who is authorized to conduct notarizations over the internet via digital tools and a live audio video call.

 

 

 

 05  What are the acceptable forms of ID that I can use?

​

Acceptable forms of ID include the following photo IDs if valid and unexpired. Your state may have other allowable IDs or may exclude use of some items on this list, so always check:

  •  U.S. State Issued Driver’s License

  •  U.S. State Issued Photo ID

  •  U.S. Passport Book

  •  U.S. Passport Card

  •  Certificate of US citizenship

  •  Certificate of Naturalization

  •  Foreign Passport

  •  Alien Registration Card with Photo

  •  Military ID

 06  What are your mobile service areas?
​

We provide services in the Pennsylvania Counties of:

​

  • Berks

  • Bucks

  • Chester

  • Delaware

  • Montgomery

  • Philadelphia

​

We are willing to travel outside of those set areas, give us a call to future discuss your service area need.

 07  Can I come to your location?

​

UKE does not have a physical store location that you can come to. The addresses displayed in our ads and on our website are for written correspondences and mailing purposes only. Our service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.

 08  I need services asap, how soon can you get here?

​

UKE requests that all appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every attempt to fulfill “same-day”, “last minute” and “emergency” requests, if possible.

 09  What are your terms and policies?
​
  • We require at least 24 hours advanced notice for scheduling appointments.

  • Appointments can be scheduled online and by phone.

  • No Refunds for same-day cancellation of appointments.

  • Signings in remote areas and under extreme circumstances (rush jobs, long waiting, inclement weather, long distances, etc.) may result in higher fees.

  • Errors & Omissions caused by our notaries will be corrected free of charge.

 10  If I sign my document before meeting with you, can you still notarize it?

​

If the UKE Notary is notarizing an acknowledgment, the customer may sign the document before appearing for the notarization. If the UKE Notary is notarizing a verification on oath or affirmation or a witnessing or attesting a signature, the UKE Notary must witness the customer sign.

 11  Can you notarize a document that concerns medical or religious exemptions to the Covid-19 Vaccine?
​

The UKE Notary may notarize, if the document has no blank spaces and there is proper notary wording,

​

 12  I'm traveling out of the country and the airline requires me to show me to show my Covid-19 Vaccination Card. Can you make a certified copy of it, so that I don't lose my card?

​

The UKE Notary may make a certified copy of a vaccination card. However, you should check with the airline to see if they will accept a certified copy in place of the original. 

​
